Got there to be told no room for me had to stay different place then 1st night car broken into lost all my stuff so had week from hell

Adelaide House, Luton
For starters I booked a room at Adelaide house but apparently due to a complication I had to be moved from one area to another. I had booked the room between 12-2 and arrived at half 5, there was 3 hours I could of been informed of a problem. The room was fine and the service if the room was okay. Apart from the room, everything was just awful.

You get what you paid for
You get what you paid for obviously it’s not great like the rooms clean and tidy bear in mind that there is a £15 cleaning fee to pay when you arrive it does say in the description about replace but it’s easy to miss. However it’s advertised “free parking” there is a care park near to the hotel but do not park here the owner does not give accurate places where to park and yes in the car park it does say only for authorised people only but I assumed that this was where the free parking was (I was wrong) as when I got home I had a £100 parking fee to pay for parking there the owner needed to be more precise on where the actual free parking is

it was a difficult place to find and no one where
place unclean and bad service plus i was charged £15 for cleansheets that were not part of the contract when i did book online this place!! I was not happy there!!

Room is quite big and you get everything you really need. For this price you can't expect much more.
I guess it's fine if you need place to stay before or after flight so I have to recommend it.
