I arrived late, around 1 a.m., after calling ahead to inform them of my late check-in. After an exhausting 8-hour travel day, I was surprised to be told by the staff member on duty that I would need to "walk around outside to enter the building." As a single woman arriving in the middle of the night, this felt both unsafe and inconsiderate. It’s disappointing that they didn't immediately take the small effort to open the front door, prioritizing convenience over customer care. The gentleman eventually opened the door for me but it should have been a priority.
On a positive note, the room itself was clean and comfortable, with fresh sheets, a seemingly cleaned rug, and a cozy bed. The kitchenette was a nice touch. However, the toiletries were minimal and of poor quality. Thin towels.
Breakfast was a letdown—no eggs or breakfast meats in sight, just stale mini bagels, sad-looking bread, and what seemed like week-old muffins. The coffee left much to be desired. While the rooms are a good reason to stay here, the service and breakfast certainly are not.
