Large family stay
We booked 3 rooms for the 6 of us for a 3 night stay.
The truth is the start wasn't so good, as one of the rooms was the wrong type (twin istead of King).
The rooms themselves though are well sized and very comfortable. The showers are excellent and a reasonable range of variety of tv channels.
The pool is excellent and was a highlight, esp for the children.
The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is pretty good. They offer great kids choices. Room service was a bit of a disaster and we tried a couple of times, but the orders were always wrong and the food not warm.
The best place to eat is upstairs in the Sky Lounge. It has a magnificent view, and the service is very good. There's also plenty of room if your want some space to your selves. We would have eaten their earlier but were given inaccurate information on check in.
To be fair, the hotel responded well to my feedback and ensured we were happy.
I would stay here again for sure as it's excellent value for money, especially in regards the rooms, swimming pool and Sky Lounge. Also, all the staff were friendly and tried their best.
