Well-located hotel with good value no breakfast

The hotel is well located, though it doesn’t look like much. I didn’t use either the pool or the gym (I had little time in Kuala Lumpur). Good value for money. I only regret that there was no breakfast included — it would have been very convenient.

No fridge in the room. Loud Air Condition and the temp. etc. cannot be changed by the control panel in the room. Just able to switch on/off. Loud sounds from neighbors/surroundings and the bed made noises with each movement. One of the room lamp switch at the entrance was dirty and not cleaned up. RM 100/person requested as deposit while checkin and the refund will take long time after checkout. Water bottles are provided everyday and can be refilled by water server next to pool and gym. Instant coffee and tea are free at reception room. Convenient location to go everywhere.

Busy Tourist Area But Good Soundproofing

MOV is in the noisy Bukit Bintang area of KL that offers overpriced food / drinks, and other "services" The hotel is fairly modern with a bright lobby and helpful / friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooftop pool isn't designed for swimming given it's size, but rather a quick cool down dip. No restaurant but free coffee/tea available by reception as well as snacks. Well located to get around by foot to many features of the city
