The walls are thin and I can hear machinery running all night long, voices are easily heards. A lot of foreigners staying here who are super noisy unlike Japanese who are quiet except when they are drunk. Staff these days are slow service and don't communicate clearly.

Good but abit dirty

The hotel size was decent. Breakfast was included which was nice although too many choices of sweet bread instead of savoury. Thought the hot bath would be a bit bigger according to picture but its a size for max 3 ppl for it to not be too crowded. The water didn't seem super clean the first 2 days but the other 2 was fine. Behind the TV in the room was very dusty. Same for the top of the curtains... Else it was quite clean
