Reception was very kind, especially: MARY! The receptionist, Mary was extremely kind, professional, and gracious! Mary received us when we checked in and we were greeted very very kindly.
My only bad experience was with the waiter in the upper level for breakfast. After my friends and I finished our breakfast, I paid and gave him a two dollar tip. He didn't even bother to say "Thank you" or any acknowledgement, not even a smile, while in the other hotels in my vacation, people were very grateful when I gave them tips. Then one of my friends went to his room for his jacket and the waiter told us to wait outside on the terrace because he wanted to clean the table for other guests. I said: "Sir, there are many vacant tables that are available if other guests arrive, and my friend will be back in 15 minutes, to get his jacket!" I saw the expression on his face as he left upset. I didn't appreciate that at all, I am also a paying customer! I paid my bill, gave him a tip and for him to tell me to wait outside, when there were may open tables around.
