Inside, comfy leather sofas surround the flatscreen TV, equipped with cable and a DVD player. During the winter, stay cozy around the timer-enabled gas fireplace. In summer, step out onto the private deck and enjoy a cool beverage while taking in the stunning mountain views.
The well-appointed kitchen is ready to feed a hungry crew, and includes a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Between the large dining room table and breakfast bar, there's room for everyone.
With two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a sleeping loft, up to 13 guests can enjoy a night's rest. The master bedroom boasts two queen-size beds, while the second bedroom has two double beds. Both rooms include en suite bathrooms and patio access.
Upstairs, the sleeping loft includes three twin beds, one of which pulls out into a trundle bed. For additional sleeping options, the living room features two sofabeds. A shared washer and dryer are located in a separate building.

Parking Notes: Parking is available for two vehicles in designated spots. Parking permits are required and must be displayed. Vehicles not displaying the proper parking permits are subject to immobilization or towing at the owner's expense. Both parking spots are marked for C-211. One is directly below the unit in the carport. The other spot is the first spot to the east of the dumpster shed as you drive in.
Additional vehicles must be parked in the Breckenridge Ice Rink Lot or the Airport Road Satellite Lot for a nightly fee. See details at breckpark.com
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
