Booked and paid for my room three months ahead, but when I got to check-in they don't have my reservation. They are looking through a big pile of papers. It was the middle of the night and I was exhausted from the long flight. They demanded that I pay for the reservation again, IN CASH! I refused, so they let me stay one night but come back the next morning to meet with the manager. Spent 2+ hours trapped in an office with no cell reception, they kept demanding I pay in cash. Finally got through to hotels.com and they gave me a refund (yes, they had my reservation), and I switched to another hotel. From my one night stay, this place is way over-priced and really low-quality.
