When we got to the hotel, we were told that they don't do business with Hotels.com, they had no record of any reservation and we ended up paying $68 more than the reservation we made with Hotels.com. They first gave us keys to a room that hadn't been cleaned by housekeeping and had trash all over the place. The next room was decent. The owner is a very sweet older gentleman who has put the hotel up for sale because of the financial crisis in the country. I recommend staying there, but do not book through here. I chatted with Hotels.com from Nicaragua, but there has been nothing done to compensate.

Pros: the room and the surrounding garden were clean and well kept.
Cons: they did not honor Travelocity?' pricing, we ended up paying full price. the surrounnding areas to the rooms were dark, no lighting. Prior to booking they advertised "only two rooms left", yet there was literaly only us in the whole hotel. there werent even cars in the parking lot.
