The hotel is located in a very nice part of Pokhara, and the staff is very kind and attentive, but the rooms need maintenace. The first room I stayed in had a drain that overflowed and the second had a problem with the shower switch. Both were not very well cleaned and there was dust and hairs on the floor. I asked the cleaning lady to clean it again and, then, it was much better, but still the carpets were very dusty (both underneath and on top) and I avoided stepping on them barefoot. The furniture was very old, too, and the closet didn't smell very well. However, the nice staff, the comfortable bed and the delicious restaurant compensated the negative aspects. ;)
