On arrival, the B&B was closed; no one was forth coming and on enquiry by telephone of the owners, I was informed that they were not there and I would have to ask the booking agent (Hotels.com) for another booking. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the pre-paid booking. Refund me now!

Pay little get little
No service. Argumentative and indifferent staff and no real effort made to solve problem. I moved out after first night.

Not Accommodating
We arrived later than anticipated and called beforehand to make sure they would open for us which they agreed to. However, no one was available and we were not able to stay in the room we paid for. Extremely disappointing when they advertise late check in's.
