Cleanliness
I stayed at 25th floor of this hotel and the housekeeper of this floor did a very bad job of cleaning the floor. Dust was all over the places and there was some trash under the table and bed upon my arrival at the hotel.
I complained to a staff but there was no improvement on the next day. I talked to other guest who stayed on the same floor and they also have the same complaint about the cleanliness. So I guess it’s the 25th floor cleaning standard problem.
Besides that, I found it very convenient to stay at this hotel. It’s a 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Bejing Lu. Downstairs is a shopping mall and the metro is just right underneath the hotel.
The staffs were helpful and some of the them could speak English.
I think I might stay here again next time I visit Guangzhou but will ask the front desk to put me on any floor except the 25 th.
