Had a wonderful stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room quite. It was great to be able to do laundry there. Breakfast was adequate. The pull pork was very good. Very close to King St. The valet Jack was very nice and personable.

Not really mobility accessible
Booked a mobility accessible room. There was no shower chair. When I asked for one they said they didn’t have one but would be able to move us into another room after a couple of hours. Came back from dinner only to be told they couldn’t move us. These places need to learn exactly what is needed for a truly accessible room. Didn’t get to shower.

Everything was great, clean, good breakfast, great staff including front desk, housekeeping and especially valet! Then you had this shower with mold in every corner, around every edge. 5 stars for everything but the shower gets -1 star.

Positives: -spacious room, and very clean -great staff, super helpful and friendly -the pool was awesome for us travelling with 2 kidos ages 4 and 7 -close to bars, local restaurants and free bus route not too far. You can walk from this hotel and see a lot of Charleston by foot. Negatives: -it was real hot outside and no water was provided in the rooms -bath products sucked - bring your own shampoo and body wash -the mattress could use replacing -we parked in front of the hotel which was $25/day vs hotel valet parking at $35/day : we were happy to know wabout this from other reviews before we got to the hotel Overall we recommend this hotel :)
