Hotel was closed! Myself and my colleagues were left having to find another hotel, as we left the airport and found out there were no rooms for us, even through the booking was confirmed on Hotels.com
We're now liaising with Hotels.com for a refund.
As we didn't actually experience the place, I'm not best placed to comment on the service levels, condition, cleanliness etc. However, the system won't allow me to leave a review without doing so.
