Parking lot had a bit of trash in the lot from either the wind or the cats going through the over filled outside trash bins we saw on the property. We stayed in nonsmoking room and the entire floor smelled of smoke every night we were there. Breakfast was ok. Same thing offered each morning but the woman running it was super kind and very helpful.
