Pleasant stay
It was on a busy little street which might be daunting to walk on for some. The staff are really sweet. Our room was plenty big. And felt lovely and clean. Pool was warm. The only con to the rooms, I’d say is that the tv didn’t work (despite several calls to have it repaired) and the cosmetics are low standard; you expect nicer oily shampoos / shower gel etc in a place like Marrakesh. A lot nicer. There is a man who seems to hover at breakfast time. Is it the owner? He doesn’t help the staff but rather lingers and it’s a bit odd really :)

An Oasis in the Medina
When we arrived we thought we had gone to the wrong place as the outside is very rough, but as soon as you walk through the door you are met with an oasis of calm. The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic with the exception of the bathroom which was awful and very dark. If it hadn’t been for the bathroom I would have given the hotel 5 stars.

En perfekt plass for varme dager i Marrakesh
Dette var familiens første besøk til Marokko. Vi valgte Riad Palais Blanc fordi andre gjester hadde beskrevet det som en rolig og fin plass til tross for at det lå sentralt med myldrende liv utenfor. Det viste seg å stemme, det var nydelig å kunne trekke seg tilbake på hotellet når vi enten trengte å få en pause fra varmen eller alle inntrykkene vi fikk når vi var rundt i Marrakesh. Daglig leder , Ahmed, sikret utmerket service, og øvrige personale var vennlige og hjelpsomme. Rommene og uteområdet sto til forventningen, og det var rent og ryddig overalt. Det var stort sett andre voksne par som bodde der mens vi var der, men også våre tenåringer trivdes godt på dette hotellet (blant annet grunnet god tilgang på WI-FI ;)). Vi ankom midt i en hetebølge, hvor gradestokken var oppe i 48 grader, så vi var også veldig takknemlige for svømmebassenget og at airconditionen fungerte utmerket. Hotellet lå i et vennligsinnet nabolag, med gode restauranter rett i nærheten og kort vei til det tradisjonelle soukområdet. Vi følte oss godt ivaretatt hele denne uken vi var i Marrakesh, og ser ikke i bort fra at vi vender tilbake hit senere.

Decent Stay in Marrakech
Decent hotel with a large pool and spacious rooms. Great service from Ahmed. Located a bit far out of the Medina on the outskirts. Not the greatest value. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but would get a better deal and a better location elsewhere next time.

Personale eccellente
Una bella struttura con tutti i comfort. Non attendetevi gli standard euroopei, sotto alcuni aspetti sono lontani, tuttavia il personale fa di tutto per far star bene gli ospiti, per coccolarli. Ogni pomeriggio portavano in camera the alla menta e dolcini. Abbiamo chiesto di servirci la colazione alle 7 il giorno della partenza e ci hanno accontentati. Sono stati gentilissimi. Un grazie particolare ai ragazzi della reception, della sala colazioni e al portiere di notte. Grazie

Small and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable they couldn’t do enough for us. They surprised me with a birthday cake and sang, also booking a local restaurant and making sure they knew it was my birthday so the celebrations could continue

Would love to stay again
Stayed in Riad Palais Blanc for three nights. The hotel is stunning with a large pool area. It is quite shaded, but there is also a terraced if you would like more sun. Breakfast was perfect. Pastries, fruit, nuts, breads and traditional tagines too. Loads of options to suit my food allergies which was great. The staff were extremely helpful. The manager spoke perfect English and was great at offering recommendations of things to do in Marrakech. The location is ideal - close enough to everything without being too close to the hustle and bustle of the Medina.

Amazing experience in Marrakesh
First time ever in Marrakesh and this hotel is an oasis from the madness of the medina. Beautiful room extremely spacious with its own private terrace (we booked the suite and it was definitely worth it). Very good breakfast variety, attentive staff, quite large pool for a riad hotel, delicious light lunch and walking distance from main attractions. Would stay there again for sure. It has a feeling of 1001 nights meet prince of persia

Amazing place to stay
Staying at Palais Blanc was one of the best experiences in Marrakech. I've been to Marrakech on numerous occasions, this was the first time I actually preferred staying in the hotel rather than going out. I was after a relaxing stay and that's exactly what we got. Inside the hotel all you'll hear is the sound of birds. As soon as you leave the alley way leading to the hotel you're immersed in the madness that is Marrakech. The staff at the hotel were amazing, and an issue we had was dealt with in a manner way above our expectations. It truly is European customer service. The rooms are beautifully decorated, just as the photos show. There's a beautiful scent of oranges throughout the hotel. For us, there's no need to look for another place to stay next time we visit the city.

Stemning og venlighed er fremragende på Palais Blanc – og den lyse, stille gårdhave med en lille fin pool er perfekt til at nyde solen om formiddagen. God aircon og en god, men lille seng - vi kunne ikke få to separate. Riad Palais Blanc listes på Expedia med 4,5 stjerner. Men faciliteterne svarer til mellem 2 og 3 europæiske hotelstjerner. Palais Blanc er alkoholfrit. Restauranten er kun åben til frokost på bestilling, men ikke om aftenen. Poolen må kun bruges mellem kl. 12 og 18. Der var ikke fuldfigursspejl eller make-up spejl på vores værelse, og der var ikke lys nok til at lægge make-up, hverken på badeværelset eller i værelset. Der er ingen hylder til tøj, og garderoben er så lille og smal, at bøjlerne må hænges skråt på stangen. Vi fandt kun en TV-kanal med engelsk tale på TV – Al Jazeera World. Og internetforbindelsen var for svag til at streame nyheder hjemmefra. - Men stedet ligger centralt ift. souken og Djemaa El Fna. Og er en smuk, fredfyldt og fantastisk venlig oase.

Super acceuil
Séjour très agréable dans ce lieu magnifique avec un personnel très accueillant, très souriant, et toujours prêt à aider pour recommander des excursions et restaurants. L'acceuil est un vrai bonheur !On apprécie le service du thé le soir en chambre et le magnifique petit-dejeuner. Quelques petits points peuvent être améliorés, ils sont similaires à ceux que j'ai lu ici (manque de cintres dans les chambres, certaines suites ne sont pas pratiques (il faut passer devant l'entrée pour aller dans la Salle de douche), il manque un rideau de douche à mon avis et le savon n'est effectivement pas renouvellé). C'est vrai aussi que le lit n'est pas fait "dans les regles de l'art". Ce sont des petits détails à mon avis, mais a plus de 200 Eur la nuit, ils comptent,si l'on compare aux tarifs de Londres, Paris, Berlin ou Zurich. Un lieu idéal pour la belle saisons car les chambre donnent sur la piscine.
