Wasn’t expecting much here and even then I was shocked at how bad the hotel staff was. Check in was horrific, I was next up in line but locals literally just barged up to the desk...that’s expected in certain parts of China but what was shocking was the receptionist actually helped each one of them despite me clearing standing there for 20 mins waiting. Other customers in line were upset as well as we literally had to shove our way to get checked in. Booked a non-smoking room and of course I was assigned a smoking room. When I inquired, it was too bad, no non-smoking rooms available for my entire three nights stay. Central location but the hotel staff clearly not focused on quality service.

Price is a bit high
The frontdesk is always busy, and i get a very sucks room at first day, aircond not working, and the room has many mosquito, second day request to change room, second room is better, if anyone of u get room 1102, please request to change immediately

so far so good
not bad, but they don't have a good management for people check out, those chinese bypass me even i am lining up.

Great location w/super staff.
Outstanding location with a super, friendly staff. Several of the hotel staff speak decent
English and will help in locating prime tourist sites/locations. Decent free map available. Stayed in a budget room (1102) which had great space, excellent bathroom and storage available. Great view to central Pedestrian area. Only negative--only one English TV channel. Airport shuttle bus just around the corner. Restaurants,grocery stores close by. Priced conservatively.

Value for money in city centre.
I stayed at this hotel twice in 2016. Good location with subway just next to it. Counter staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the Wi-Fi keep on cutting off and no friendly to reset.
Btw, do I earn reward points for the 3-night stay?
