Really nice hotel. Pros: beautiful hotel, views, room, pool, staff, food. Cons: difficult to have privacy in the room, but is hard to have privacy in any hotel at Santorini.

Not bad - but not worth the value.
Overall not bad, but quite disappointed with the service and room maintenance. Not up to the standard for what we paid. We stayed in cavo tagoo pool suite - The pool looks beautiful from a distance but when you get close, you can see the outside is all cracked and the coatings are peeled off, which doesn’t look so great. The view from our room was wonderful and sunset was truly amazing.

This place is pure magic and really understands luxury. The main pool area is fresh as hell and straight-up candy for instagram-heads. The breakfast is fantastic. The fresh squeezed OJ really sets the bar. You can have your breakfast at the main dining area which is spectacular in its own right, but they also will bring it to your room so you can eat outside. The dining area transforms into an incredible restaurant at night (though it is expensive AF). All the rooms have the best views in Santorini - I walked to oia and fira and saw the sun set basically everywhere. Nothing beats this place . Walk to Oia is about 2 hours but beautiful , Fira is way closer at about 30-40 mn. This place is really so amazing that you will not even feel like leaving your hotel at all. There is really no way you can book the hotel and not feel completely satisfied . I want to send a special thanks to all the staff who gave us a beastly upgrade to a suite with an outdoor tub (vs. indoor) when I told them it was our honeymoon , and for making it a truly unforgettable experience from start to finish.

Checked in at the hotel at 1:45 pm but the staff(not sure whether it’s the manager) told me that they are still cleaning the rooms so i had to wait beside the pool area. I told them that I had a photoshoot on that day and was in a hurry but had waited for nearly an hour, at around 2:35, they finally had a room but the room was clearly uncleaned (very easy to spot they just tidied it up quickly). The room was okay, but comparing to hotels in Oia with the same value, I would say Oia is much better. (Better view, better service too). Despite all of this, the infinitely pool is amazing and the food is delicious. But overall, it was not a very pleasant experience for me, considering the brand of the hotel and the value.

Amazing view
Perfect location between oia and Fira so not too busy but close enough to go visit both places . View was incredible. Changed with light and different boats to see . Incredible

Paradise
Santorini was a bucket list for my husband and I. After looking for the perfect spot to stay for a month we booked Cavo Tagoo. It was fabulous!! It is the perfect the location with beautiful rooms and AMAZING views and pool.

A Perfect escape with the best view in Santorini.
It was a bit out of our price range but we got so much more than expected. It was the best part of staying in Santorini, the service, the location, the views, the food, and the rooms. They are professional, luxury, customer oriented staff. We felt like we were on our honeymoon again(it was actually our 5yr anniversary). Their main pool is one of the best I have ever seen in my life. Beautiful views and best location near the central town of FIRA. The staff speaks very well English and provides customer service with a personal touch. Right from the beginning as soon as we checked in, the room tour(which helps you find everything you need) to valet parking, to gourmet breakfast a-la-carte, to resolving our in-room wifi router problem, to advising us on our visit to mykonos, I cannot forget about the 2 days we spent there. It was hard to leave. And Sarah at the reception desk is super friendly, knowledgeable and just a fun personality to talk to.

Great Hotel!
Overall, the experience was out of this world. The hotel is pricey, but you get what you pay for. The staff, the environment, the accommodations...just everything was incredible. The ONLY negative we had was that the pool was not heated. Not a problem during the hot days of summer, but we were there in early October. So, it was a little chilly. Our hot tub/ Jacuzzi on our private balcony was just fine though :)

Amazing & unforgetable experience
The view was amazing both from the room and the breakfast area. The rooms were rised so that we still have our privacy in the outdoor area. Overall, everything was perfect :)

Outstanding
This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly, attentive to detail and service was amazing. The room was beautiful with the private pool being a highlight. The food was the best we'd had on the island by far and the views spectacular. Would stay there again definitely.

Vista e serviços espetaculares !!!!
Incrível em todos os aspectos!!! Uma ótima localização , apenas alguns minutos a pé de Fira. Tanto a área da piscina quanto do quarto tem a melhor vista do por do sol de Santorini ! O hotel todo é extremamente confortável !!! A cama é sensacional ! O atendimento é simplesmente incrível , desde as dicas incríveis do Nicolas, amornas ajuda da Sara, e o carinho da Elsa e do maravilhoso, Alex!!! Nos apaixonamos pelo lugar , mas as pessoas são um caso de amor a parte !!!
