I booked the trip for my honeymoon 3-4 months in advance at the Hilton through Hotel.com. The day after my wedding, They called me and said there is no room available for me at the hotel so they send me to another hotel instead. The bed was so bad that my husband and I was arguing on our honeymoon. We both have a bad back problem the beds is not helping us. I woke up at 5 am and can't sleep anymore. We both have to take 2 aleve for 2 days that's we stayed there. I had been Hotel.com customer for so long and this is given me a really bad experience.

nice, but needs better philosophy
room had no phone or clock in bedroom? couldnt order ppv, or get room service? hotel needs to work better with guests that deal directly with room owners.

RUDE EMPLOYEES RUINED A VACATION
WHEN WE ARRIVED, WE WERE TOLD WE DID NOT HAVE A ROOM BUT WERE RENTING THE APARTMENT
OF SOMEONE WHO OWNED AN APARTMENT IN THE HOTEL. WE MADE OUR RESERVATION THROUGH EXPEDIA AND DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. THE RESERVATION CLERK TOLD US THIS IN A CONDENSENDING TONE AND DID NOT WANT TO SPEND ANY TIME EXPLAINING THIS. WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO PAY FOR ANYTHING AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND SHE DID NOT TELL US WE COULD USE THE FACILITIES. THE NEXT MORNING, I TRIED TO ASK A QUESTION AT THE FRINT DESK BUT WAS PUSHED AWAY. THE BELLHOPS AND THE CAR PARKING TREATED US VERY NICELY.

Just ok but won't stay again
Fairly tight quarters for an apartment but it had a beautiful wrap around balcony and great views. The bathrooms were bright and spacious with great water pressure.
The sofa was very uncomfortable, ripped and dirty. The main light fixture in the living room was broken (no light bulb) with the shade just left on the floor the we arrived. Since it's an apartment we expected to have utensils- at least spoons and cups for coffee in which there were none. There was only one "to go" cup with no stirrers- had to use a pen.

Toilet would not stop running, mold in shower, cracked sink, torn couch cushions, fold away bed uncomfortable, missing and burnt out lights, lacks maintenance.

Scam
After paying Hotels.com and being guaranteed the property it was UNAVAILABLE! We then had to book a room at the Hilton which is where this property is located. We had to pat twice, and after contacting Hotels.com,not only didn't they arrange for another room, they are refusing to credit us for a guaranteed reservation that we never received. I will take further action, but will never book with them again.

Know what you are getting.....
Beautiful condo apartment translates as you are on your own....Hilton will not help you...telling you to go to condo owner...good luck! You book through Hotels.com so you do not have owners contact. Bedroom door holding by one hinge, see photo. Very dangerous plus could not shut door. Contacted Hotels.com, no reply.
Not a dish of any kind in kitchen, you have to go to front desk and give list of what you need! Restocking of coffee and tea, not done!
Cannot charge anything to your room or use room service.
Despite a beautiful location.....we found it a let down!

Gorgeous room ocean front. Bery large balcony
Very nice place. In town for football game 3 day weekend plenty of room. Bery comfortable. Clise to all strip activites dining fishing etc

Fantastisk Dette hotellrommet 1918 var en juniorsuite med kjøkken og med panoramaoversikt over Fort Lauderdale Luksus i ypperste klasse, en del av Hiltonhotellet - uten at det var markedsført som dette Vi var 3 i leilighet med 2 bad Ikke mulig å bo bedre - full hotellservice Minus var kostbar parkering us 37, mangel på inkludert wifi og dyr frokost(spis et annet sted) Likevel - anbefalt på det varmeste

Room with a "view" wow
I arrived at the hotel and was greeted very professionally. The manager helped me with my reservation and told me that I wouldn't be the same after staying in this room. He was right. Wow! The place was over the top, first class. The view of the Atlantic from this oceanfront suite inspired me. Thanks jt

Paradise
Very very happy with my stay, extremely fancy, kitchen with awesome bar, huge bathroom with ocean view, a beautiful modern 2nd bathroom, 2 TV, huge balcony with table and chairs. Can't wait to stay there again.

We had an issue with the Hilton not wanting to provide service because we were not renting a regular hotel room. We were not told that it would be different prior to checking in and were notified after the fact. Reluctantly and finally after I spoke to a manager they decided to provide the service. This was all happening while I was being reminded that the Q Club is not part of the hotel service (5 different times I was reminded during my conversation). Besides that it was great.
