I did not get to stay at the MyHome Hotel as my booking was not received by the hotel despite having been confirmed and paid for via Hotels.com. There were no rooms available and the 'front office manager' Mr.Ardy was kind and helpful to locate another hotel for my friend and I to stay.

I did not stay although booking was confirmed
I did not stay at the MyHome hotel as when my friend and I arrived at about 7.00pm (after a long search by the taxi), we were told that they did not receive my booking from Hotels.com and no room was available for our stay on May05 and May06, 2016.
I showed Mr. Ardy my confirmed booking and he admitted that there was some miscommunication with Hotels.com and would try to find us an alternative accommodation at nearby hotelds. After a long search, he finally found us a room nearby, albeit at a slightly higher rate. We had no choice but to accept and paid the extra ( MyHome agreed to accept the payment from Hotels.com and use it to cover the stay at the nearby hotel which was worse than MyHome. We finally checked in at about 11.00pm that night.
Mr.Ardy and the unnamed lady manager I spoke to over the phone were very helpful although I would not know who was at fault, Hotels.com or MyHome.
