Overall is great for me, room is nice, clean and cozy. I'm happy with the bathroom so clean and got everything I need. The location is so convenient, close to convenient stores and metro. However, since I'm a light sleeper so I asked the female staff to help move it a little bit further in, she looked at me and murmured something in Japanese which cause another staff to look at me and they both laughed. I didn't want to jump to a conclusion here but murmur something while giving a service to a customer is quite rude and the way you both giggle lead me to think so... The other staffs were nice and definitely the housemaids were super nice.
Only steps from the gate of Karumae station, Asakusa Line. Quiet and great area to relaxingly stay. There are many nice restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. If the front staffs communicate English more efficiently, it will be the best capsule hotel to try.
this hotel is nice and close to train stations, very easy to catch trains. it's also surronded by japanese restaurants and convenient stores which is good for visitors to live! you will never be hungry, you can walk to buy food you like whenever you need. some restuarant closes at late night and some opens 24 hours. the condition of accommodation is great! they serve many things you need for live your night. the bed and blanket are clean. i stayed there with my sister, she also like this place. they separated the floor for different genders i believe it's safe enough for women visitors to stay here.
Stay was good. Loved how spacious the luggage storage area under my pod was! Staff is wonderful! The only issue I had was that I have allergies and something with the air in the hotel, not just my capsule/floor but the building space itself was setting them off to a point where I couldn’t sleep let alone be in the hotel for long because of how difficult it was for me to breathe. When I left the hotel I was fine. I was able to open a window on my floor to help let in some air which seemed to assist a little bit but I was still severely congested and have issue with my sinus in the hotel. But all in all it was a great and I’d recommend to anyway that maybe doesn’t have allergies or sensitivity.
This was our first experience with a capsule hotel, but we wanted to try one while being in Japan. The location was excellent, only a minute or two from the Asakusa line, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and they allowed us to store our luggage after checkout time. The space was very clean and they even gave you pajamas to wear so you don't need to unpack yours. My only issue was that it was a bit warm for sleeping (they do have fans in each 'cube' but I normally sleep very hot) so I would have liked a little more control over sleeping temp, and the beds a re a bit hard (but seem to be on par with others we've gotten in Japan.) Overall, a very nice place and I wouldn't be mad about staying again.

Practically perfect
Fabulous place to stay, right next to a metro stop for getting around.
Really quiet rooms, although full never had a problem with queues for showers, which were lovely and clean.
Bed space was great, probably the best set up of dormitory accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Having your belongings secure and with you made it all so much more easy and convenient.
Nice lounge/dining area with microwave and hot water (no cooking tools like knives or pans though)
Really would recommend
