My main problem was that I booked a family suite and then found out when I got there that it was two separate hotel rooms that are adjacent. It was the same bungalow unit, but separate keys, and locks, etc. which is not great for small kids on their own. First time I ever got tricked on an expedia hotel reservation. False advertising.
This is a most excellently built hotel and the swimming pool, which was a main attraction for me, actually is only usable at the end of the long sections-- you can't swim between sections so most of it is a waste of space with little sections not worth swimming in. The pool is fine at the end fairly big, and with waterfalls.
The food is not good but plated nicely. It's not expensive though so it's okay. They don't milk you on the food.
The breakfast buffet was like what you expect for a budget stay over place not a "resort"
I ate a whole lot of fried eggs there, the only viable choice for me. I don't know if I can look at a fried egg again.
