Pathetic Room Service. Will give a miss next time

Pathetic room service. They did not clean room on even 1 of the 3 nights we stayed. Whenever we asked for room clean they said it will be done but the room never got cleaned. Will definitely avoid this hotel next time

No map of property. No correct TV channel guide. No information on guide or info to what ya watching. No bags in room for small trash can. No food information in room. No mention pool still closed, Orly they have indoor pool. Don't find out till check-in. No early check in allowed. No personal hygiene offered STINKS.Great ROOMY SHOWER N COOL PUMP SANITARY SET UP IN SHOWER. Comfy bed, nice convenient plentiful technology plug ins. Very sound proof room's. Breakfast availability ends 930 on Sunday inconveniently early for weekend day's. Great check out.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was in a safe area..which was important since we were visiting New Orleans. We did not have to worry about getting our vehicle broken into since it is fenced in. Also, the room was extremely clean. Which was one of the most important things for us. The staff was also helpful and very friendly! It was located about 20 minutes outside New Orleans so it was easy to get an uber to and from the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to NOLA. I also loved that it was a party free and smoke free hotel. I was able to sleep without being disturbed and it was so nice to have a room that wasn't smelling like smoke. Great place to stay!!

The bathroom was out of liquid soap and I told them but they didn’t fill it and the toilet is clogged and they gave me a plunger but it needs a plumber

It was over priced considering Everything was opened back up in New Orleans but they still have the pool and dinning inside the hotel closed. The maids will only come to clean the room and change the bedding every 5 days or if someone checks out. And the only trash bag in the room is for you to take your used towels to the front desk to get new ones. The pullout mattress was covered in gross stains and there wasn't any sheets for it.
