The hotel needs some upgrades!!!
I only stayed for one night but I chose this hotel because I stayed there in 2015 when my sister got married. I stayed this time because I remembered how nice it was, and it was very convenient this time because I was attending an event at Barclays Center. The room was as I remembered. The room was definitely clean and still in decent condition. They were skimpy on the amount of towels in the room, and the quality of the towels were worse than what I could have purchased at the dollar store.
The lobby of the hotel was a huge eyesore. Maybe the plexiglass window at the front desk is a safety measure from would be criminals, but it is not an inviting look for guests checking in. The lobby furniture is old and worn and they appeared to have broken equipment sitting in the area that was probably a bar at one time.
Though very efficient, the staff was not very friendly,
