Disappointed Stay – Lack of Transparency and Poor Customer Service
We were really looking forward to our stay, especially because the hotel advertised a pool—which was a major reason we chose this property. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found out the pool was out of service. At no point before check-in were we informed about this, which felt very misleading.
When we asked about a refund due to the pool being unavailable, the staff flat-out refused. There was no apology or effort to make things right. It was extremely frustrating and left a bad impression.
If amenities like a pool are important to your stay, I’d recommend confirming directly with the hotel before booking—or better yet, choosing a place that values honest communication and customer satisfaction.
