Great hotel, staff & location.
We stayed 6 nights. Great hotel. Great location. The staff are all friendly & helpful. The lounge/common areas are comfortable, inviting & well presented. The breakfast is great. The bar has interesting & good cocktails. Walking distance to central station, museums, RAC Arena (where we saw Kylie Minogue's concert), the city CBD area, & James & William Streets are full of restaurants well worth trying such as Francoforte, Munchy Monk, & Lucky Chan's. We didn't get to try the hotel's restaurant for dinner, but it looked great & will try it when we return. Thank you so much for a great stay, we will be back.

Reasonably priced, inclusive breakfast was decent (even if the coffee was a bit cold by the time I made it to brekky) Biggest complaint was that the hotel room itself was missing a fridge of some sort.
