Weekend LA Trip for concert
We stayed 2 days at the Aloft hotel and had a great time.
Staff very nice and we enjoyed the room and the pool areas.
Pros:
Nice room, comfy beds.
We liked the pool and outdoor seating area - great when the weather is nice
Staff was very nice
I liked the lemon water and popcorn available for snacks in the evening
Shuttle to and from airport was nice
Many eating options all within an easy walk from the hotel and a market across the street
Cons:
TV only had cable channels and wasn't very responsive. The hotel would gain more points from me if they had streaming services available on the TV
Hot tub at the pool would be a great addition
The bar is up the stairs from the pool and seating area. It would be nice to add a Menu with a QR code where you could order drinks to either be brought down or picked up from the bar
I like they had live music but it was 4x louder than it should be. We could not hear the Staff at all and would not have considered watching the LIVE music with how loud it was. I could hear it a bit from our room 2 floors down.
