Stay was okay. Pool and hot tub were out of order. Room was newly painted. Person at front desk told us no rooms available on the 1st floor but there was only a few people at the hotel. Room wasn't as clean as prior visits

This facility is adequate, considering it's age. However, I booked with this hotel because of it's advertised pool facilities for my grandson. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool facilities were closed after we had paid for the room.

There was a large central air conditioner unit right outside our room, which was not the room we booked, and it was insanely loud. I had to put a sound app to drown out the sound. It was horrible. Room was ok. Didn't have water pressure when we first got there. My king room I booked didn't have hot water when we got there so they offered us 2 queens so we didn't have to wait. That was the room next to the huge AC outside. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. It was impossible to sleep though.

The rooms were comfortable, the swimming pool was nice but a bit chilly - the spa was nice. Breakfast was simple but plenty available - especially black tea for the Brits!

Property is old. We were put in a disability room. It smelled like cigars. We kept the window open even in the 100 degree heat The floor in the shower was so uneven I’m not sure how a wheelchair could get in it. Pool/hot tub was nice. Lots of parking and near restaurants
