The website should be updated to show that all of the spa facilities are CLOSED with no status about their re-opening. Also the restaurant on site is only for your buffet breakfast it’s not for you to order lunch or dinner. The rooms were pretty “sparse” but the beds and bedding. Dry very good. We slept well.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the sanctuary. The staff were very polite, kind and efficient and the suite was clean. However, the suite itself was not very well supplied. While there was a kitchen, with stove & refrigerator, it was not sufficiently stocked. No microwave no coffee maker no dish towels nor pots or pans to cook with.

Lovely apartment and spacious room. We had a balcony also which was nice. Was disappointed that although a kettle was supplied in the kitchen, there were no mugs, spoons or coffee sachets supplied. Very good location. Very flexible spa staff and very quick check in. The hotel was very quiet as it was low season which meant we had a very nice experience in the spa! Beds were very comfortable with two rooms for a family of 4!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:45 pm. They were able to get us in by 5:30 which wasn’t much of a wait after checking in, bringing the luggage to the lobby then parking the car in the underground garage. I would stay here again.
