Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that.
Also appreciated the Ritz Kids initiative which I think is amazing for families, including free meals and the attention they give. However, I must say that I wasn’t too pleased with the response time.
Upon check in, took 30 minutes of waiting before I finally follow up, and another 20 minutes before our luggage arrive in our room. We were offered a service of keeping our children’s milk, which was very much appreciated, but everytime we need them back, it took almost 45 minutes to deliver to our room.
Overall, a decent experience.
