Discreto

Hotel per chi ha poche pretese. Pulizia sufficiente e bagni non molto invitanti. Spazioso ma con infissi un pò datati. Climatizzatore funzionante ma non sufficiente in pieno agosto a raffrescare in breve la stanza. Pro: stanza spaziosa; in pratica molto vicino alla zona centrale; economico. Insomma, buono per passare una notte al volo, massimo due.

Peor imposible

Si quieres no poder dormir, no poder ducharte y que te coman los mosquitos, este es el sitio. Sin agua caliente, si vas a recepción y lo expones te dicen que están todas las habitaciones iguales y te dan un hervidor de agua lleno de suciedad y bichos como solución. La ducha tiene los chorros tan bien dirigidos que tienes que ducharte buscándolos en las paredes de la ducha. Si quieres salir a la terraza y que te dé de pronto un golpe la medio persiana rota que tienen, este sitio es ideal. No tendrás problemas para madrugar porque con el sol es imposible seguir durmiendo y de bajar la persiana ni hablo. Lo bueno es que puedes encontrar suciedad y cosas de hace muchos años bajo los muebles. La cama tiene tantos bultos como la almohada. Suciedad, más suciedad y suciedad por todos lados. Not for me

My wife and I were traveling Europe for our honeymoon and this is one place we decided to stay. We were led to believe the hotel had laundry and was close to lots of places to eat but this was incorrect, all the restaurants close by were all shut down permanently as far as I can tell and the only laundry service was almost 15 euros each to wash and dry which is maybe normal but when we’re let to believe the hotel had this service it’s something we did not budget for. As for the room the floors were dirty with broken tiles that moved when stepped on, the shower head holder was broken(not a big deal but annoying) and there was only one towel between us which is not super fun when you have been traveling all night and sweating all day and all you want to do is shower before bed, I asked for more towels but apparently that was the last one and we just had to deal with it(not a big deal I know but it seemed like things kept getting added to the pile, although he couldn’t help us with most of the issues the man at the front desk front desk was friendly and he tried to help us so I have to give credit where credit is due. All in all the photos look much nicer than the place and they are not accurate at least in the room we stayed in and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Vi bookede med morgenmad, men hotellet har slet ikke morgenmad. Der var reserveret 3 værelser , men kunne kun få 2.

Un cour séjour

Nous avons fait une alte à l'hôtel real pour 1 nuit, nous avons très bien dormi, la salle de bain était un peu serré pas très ergonomique, la climatisation était a disposition pour notre par en juillet il faisait 35 degrés en fin de journée donc très agréable d'arriver dans une chambre tempéré.

La peor experiencia / THE WORST EXPERIENCE

Pésimo servicio, carísima la tarifa para la calidad del hotel. Hotels.com dijo que me iban a cobrar !5 Euros y cobraron 60.00 La recepción pésima, mal trato, apresurando a pagar y no hablan Inglés ni Español ni portugues, que son los idiomas que hablo. El baño de la habitación con olor a drenaje. la ducha fallando mucho de salir muy caliente bajaba a muy fría En la ficha de Hotels.com decía que había caja fuerte y secador de pelo y no había nada de eso. El desayuno caro y solo dan pan, jugos y café, de lo peor. La ubicación muy mal, lejos de todo y los taxis muy caros para llevarte a la estación del tren. I didn’t stayed in that hotel because they decided go cancel my reservation. Please if you have charged me I need my money back because I left. The owner cancel my reservation because I arrived at 12 midnight, this is the first time this happens to me and I’ve been using expedia for 16 years

L’arredamento dell’hotel è vecchio, nel bagno mancava uno sportello della doccia e i cuscini del letto erano scomodissimi. Colazione poco varia. Personale molto gentile ma senza mascherina 😬

Terrible and Arrogant threatened! Not recommended!

Very arrogant staff and not gentle to welcome us. My wife booked in this hotel real because they confirmed and given the confirmation number. We went in that hotel to rest for nothing and more than 5 kms away we take the bus from center, and only they said we have no room for that price I booked and they cancelled, because they said the price of their hotel is up, less than €200 then we leaved! After then one staff try to turn back us in hotel but were upset and angry for there arrogant treating us.
