UPSET
I arranged for a 2 night stay with the hotel due to moving for myself and 3 kids, i was given a 1king/1 double sofa. I get to the room and i seen a small mini couch definitely not a double, only one kid could fit. I called the front desk to explain and she said your reservation was for a king bed and single sofa, i said no thats not what my reservation say, after going back and forth with her, i went to show her my reservation, she said oh yea we don't offer double sofa's, all of our sofas are the same size and hotels.com false advertise. So i then asked well why did you tell me i ordered a different room? We went ahead stayed, but then the next morning my kids went to get breakfast, only for the cook to stare at them until they left out and then ask my other daughter if we was staying at the hotel or if the was coming to get food, then the cleaner came by and made my daughter leave the room so she could clean, my rold her but we are not checking out and my daughter was told, she had to leave anyway until she finished. I dont know when that changed that we was made to take housekeeping and second believe me no one was trying to steal no half cooked food from the so called buffet that was definitely a small breakfast. This will be my first and last, but to be comfort inn they definitely need upgrading. I really wanted a refund because the reviews for the hotel had to be made up by people on hotel.com cause there is no way they should have 4.2 stars.
