The Westin St. John Resort Villas

The staff I interacted with were outstanding. They all went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort, especially Frazer, David, and William.

The fact that the pool was 10 large steps away from the beach front 😊 staff friendly knowledgeable, great to see Iguanas in there natural habitat, they kept there distance but it was an amazing family trip!

The studio room was updated and clean. Very roomy and had a complete kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool, pickle ball, frisbee golf, ping pong, kayaks, etc... were awesome! We highly recommend the resort itself. However, the service and staff were awful! It took 10 to 15 minutes every time to have a golf cart pick us up from our room for an over 1 mile walk up two steep hills to get to the pool/ beach area. The staff in the main lobby were rude and charged random fees well over $200 to my charge card that they couldn’t explain or print a detailed bill explaining what they were for. I checked out 2 days ago with a final bill showing a zero balance yet the extra $250 plus is still “being held” on my credit card. It will supposedly be released in 7 to 10 business days. Ridiculous!

Staff was so friendly and resort was very clean and family friendly. Convenient location to get anywhere on the island by taxi directly on the resort or on site car rental. Amazing family vacation. Considering time share option.

I didn't like that the WIFI was not working in our unit

The staff and everyone associated with the property were extremely helpful and kind. That was the biggest part of our trip to this property. They were kind and above all ready to serve any and every need we had. Also the grocery store minutes away is very convenient and well stocked. The owner is very accommodating and extremely helpful with tough situations. Thanks to all the staff of the property that made our stay amazing.

Having been at the Westin many times, everything on this trip was up to par except for the golf shuttles needed to get us around the resort. Very difficult to get especially after dark. Some amenities were not available due to Covid, but plenty for the kids to do despite that. My family had a great vacation.
