A place good for the family trip
As a lot of other reviews mentioned, this apartment is so convenient for families with young kids, as there is a playground downstairs and my kids enjoyed there everyday. Overall, the location is great, close to all kinds of attractions, restaurants and supermarkets. However, the bathroom needs some upgrades. It’s not comfy to use because there is no shower curtain to prevent water spread.

The location was amazing. Incredibly easy to walk (or take a metro, but we chose to walk) to pretty much everywhere we wanted to be in the city. Only things I would change: 1) Mattresses weren't the most comfortable. Not horrible, but could be better. 2) More dishwasher detergent (only two tablets were provided). But we had a great time and we would absolutely stay here in the future!

There was a huge glob of hair in the toilet- couch was filthy, the place smelled like smoke- did not look anything like the Pictures, only stayed there one of the three nights I paid for & moved to an amazing boutique hotel down the street the Yurrbana Ramblas, which was less per night than this disgusting apartment.

We enjoyed a brilliant stay at the apartments. They are ideally located at the top of the Barri Gotic and very close to Placa de Catalunya. The apartment was perfectly kitted out for our family of 4 and the balcony overlooking the square was a haven for people watching after a long day sightseeing. It wasn’t noisy at all (the “road” outside is populated by only taxis, bikes and trash collectors) apart from one evening when a new store just below had an opening night and to be honest, we were just sad not to be joining in! I wish them good luck - it looked like a true taste of Barcelona off the tourist track. Clean, easy to use, ingenious and safe entry system, the only two things of any note I have to say about the whole experience in the apartment is 1) check junk email as lots of my correspondence ended up there even though I added them as a safe sender and 2) they aren’t kidding about the 4pm check in - we arrived at 3.15pm and couldn’t get in, but of course that was to be expected - the lockers downstairs for luggage worked for us even with 3 big bags and we went and got groceries from Carrefour (n.b. we didn’t rely on the lockers on our leaving day as 2 of them were broken when we arrived and we didn’t want to risk it). Trash and recycling can be found if you head left, almost to the Main Street leading to Urquinaona and don’t miss the violin duo often found performing in the Catedral square at night. Do not hesitate to book your stay here, especially for families.

This place was just ok. They were extremely strict with the 4 pm check in even though the unit was ready. The area outside felt safe enough and was close to a lot of things but it was loud! Even on the 4th floor we could hear yelling and loud noises all night. We could also hear any noise the neighboring units made as well. There are no black out curtains so luckily we could shut the storm shutters for more darkness. The bathroom was older and the ceiling and shower were a bit moldy and some of the lights didn’t work . We were alap giving just one small hand soap for a weeks stay and had to wash our own towels. I asked at one point if someone could take our garbage as the small trash cans were all full but I was told to find a public trash can? I guess this isn’t a hotel so I should not have expected the same service but it would have been nice if they just asked the cleaning crew to grab our trash. The rooftop had a nice view but the “pool” wasn’t exactly that. It was maybe a foot deep and 6 ft by 6 ft wide so it’s not really made for swimming and I’m honestly not sure of its purpose other than to stand in??? Overall it was just ok for me. Having the washer and dryer and fridge was nice while traveling with a child but I don’t think I would stay here again

This place is all about location. The apt is small but clean and full kitchen and laundry machine was really useful. However the bathroom is super small and water is very low. They could use new laundry hanger. They will communicate with you on access to apartment and the place can be loud at night with noise from streets during weekend.

Excellent apartment and safe with all the locking mechanisms. Our only issue was the washer and dryer as we don’t speak the local language - needed English instructions, it was a challenge

It was a very average property. For the price I’d have expected a four star hotel equivalent, whereas this property was 2.5 stars at best. The checkin was at 4 pm but when we entered the apartment the cleaning was still getting done. We got the final room ready at 445 pm. The rooms are small, sort of expected, but the second room was more of a half room. The cleanliness was average .. rooms were dusty (even after the cleaning) and had boys of paper here and there. The bathroom was ok - tidy and clean. Overall, I would have gotten two independent rooms with two bathrooms in a four star property for slightly lesser price

The apartment was nice and clean. It was in a great location. Lots to do around the apartment and everything is easy to get to by walking. There is no reception or check in at the hotel. It is done remotely on your own. It is confusing when you first get there. You must make sure you check in remotely before you get there and supply all the information they need. They require you to upload a photo of each person's passport before you arrive and a tourist tax for each person be paid before they give you access. Check your email frequently as they may email for more information. If they don't have all the required check in information, you will not have access to get into the hotel. You should download all the information before you get to the hotel as it is complicated. You can open the doors with your phone or the key pad, but you need the numbers before you get there or you may be standing outside the door until you have access. They answer the customer service line quickly, but its an annoyoing complication after a long day of travel.

All was fantastic. The only disappointment was the “pool” which was no deeper than 2 feet and about a 10 x 10 square. It kept us cool up to our knees

Overall decent property and location. Lockers for storing luggage prior to 4:00 PM check in were not available. We arrived at 8:30 AM and had to wait outside apartment until 11:00 to store in room while being cleaned. We had verified with management prior to arrival that we would need somewhere to store luggage. Please note that there is no lobby or front desk. Upon receipt of pre check out email we were asked to check out prior to 9:00 AM.
