Not a terrible experience but certainly could have been better. Found out after booking that the property only recently became a Hyatt. Major renovations ongoing. Our room, luckily, had been renovated. It was clean but not quite as advertised. Pullout sofa was the width of a loveseat, and that’s being generous. It was not separated from the bed as shown in pics. Definitely not suitable for two adults. Website stated complimentary breakfast yet (after scraping together a plate from mostly empty breakfast hot plates) we found out the “buffet” was $20/person. Most items were empty or close, no OJ, a line of people waiting for eggs, etc. This was my biggest complaint, felt deceived and paid $40 for a bagel and some scrambled eggs. Valet was also painful. The one employee on duty sat in a vehicle while we, and another party, stood at the valet stand with our luggage for over 20 minutes. We had to return to the front desk and have them seek him out to assist us. The front desk employee, who was very friendly and helpful, was clearly frustrated. Location is great, the room was new and clean, but service wasn’t up to par.
