-not issued wrist bands upon arrival and were refused drinks and when the bartender called the front desk they were told we weren’t untitled to drinks. Had to go back to front desk to get wrist bands
-took numerous trips to the front desk to have the minibar switched over to the all inclusive package
-air conditioning was shut down for the season so the room was 28 degrees
-staff that just didn’t seem to know what they were doing, was very confused about what is included in the all inclusive package, the bar staff doesn’t know when the restaurant opens etc...
They tout themselves as an ultra all inclusive, but they are far from it. This is suppose to be a 5-star resort, but in reality it’s more like a 3-star.
Maybe we just got unlucky, but would not recommend this place to friends and would not stay there again.
