There was so much from the construction that on floor below I had to leave during the day. Many days the tv had only a few channels. We had only one day of true room service. The next two weeks we had to go to the front desk to get towels, which was embarrassing, walking through the hallways with all our towels. We had to empty our garbage and leave it in the hallway as we were told be the staff to do.Several mornings the garbage was still in the hallway when we left. We weren’t told that our dog had to be in her kennel for the staff to enter to clean. Our sheets were never change. When I would walk our dog, there was garbage around the parking lot.
Now in the other had, the front desk staff were very kind. The breakfast was ok. You were recommended to us by some friends who had also been displaced by damage to their home.
