The property is really nice, great location. The only surprise is the property does not have air condition. We were a bit worried it might be uncomfortable. One can open door and windows, and the room temperature is comfortable. However it also means lots of flying bugs in the living room. Would be a great improvement if the property has air condition option.

Nothing mentioned about the fines if you don’t follow the rules or the &1000 bond over and above the full cost of renting the apartment.Still waiting for the bond to be returned 4 days after departure. This place is lovely but the stairs aren’t good if you have knee problems...it would be ok if a toilet was on each level but the views are amazing. I didn’t book lower down the hill because I thought it would be noisy but the street noise out the front of the apartment during the night was enough to have to have to keep the windows closed for sleep...which is a shame when it’s hot.
