Awful place, cockroaches in room, bathroom smelt horrendous, worst place I've ever stayed, if you're looking for somewhere near to paddington you'd be better off sleeping on the station floor all night

It was dirty the worst place i ever been the bed was stained there ware insekts was only there 2 min before i started looking for a new hotel i don’t recommend at all the worst one ever i wouldn’t even wish that upon my enemies to have room like that

Worst stay of my life the bathroom is full of molds, cockroaches around, dirty rooms and dirty stains everywhere, foul smell, no heating the only good thing was the bathroom had hot water. I would never stay in here… bad very bad

Ideally suited to arrivals from Paddington, great access to all the sights with underground & bus routes right outside your door. Great variety of good value places to eat on your doorstep and lovely area around the river and park to chill. Rooms were very compact but everything you needed if you are looking for a base to explore London on a budget. Staff were very helpful and amenable providing left luggage facility. Would definitely stay again.

Sehr gute Lage (5 Min. vom Bahnhof Paddington). Zimmer soweit okay. Die Einrichtung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist ein bisschen lärmig (Krankenhaus!).

Don’t stay here!

The rooms were tiny, run down with windows that did not close, the room smelled, it was in poor decorative order, there was a water pump or something in the room which kept coming on during the night, the rooms were on the 4th floor with steep narrow and winding stairs to them, really difficult to carry your bags upstairs.

Absolutely filthy, dirt, urine stains on bedding, urine smell in room. Revolting bathroom, dirt everywhere. Windows cracked and covered in dirt. Do not stay here. We had to find another hotel as it’s not fit for purpose. Images on the hotel advertisement are not for this hotel they are fake. Worst hotel I have ever seen.

nice people...but i had to ask for a chair (there was none in the room) and for a water glass (there was none ... and he gave me a cardboard coffee cup)...room was cleaned only once in a six night stay, and then the maid left the dirty wet towels on the floor and did not even replace the toilet paper (which i had to ask for)....lumpy creaky bed

Convenient hotel near to Paddington station and walkable to my place of work. I was out all day and night so can’t really judge it. But a tired hotel in need of a makeover.
