This is an apartment, you have open and lock three doors to get in and out. No bedside table, no bedside light. You have to get out of bed to turn of main lights.
Queen Valery is in an older building and has the very high ceilings and antique furniture that matches that. The person who let me in spoke no English, I speak no Ukrainian or Russian, and we had some miscommunication. I requested a refund and hotel change. The next morning Nadya met me and explained everything and answered all of my questions. She was very nice and professional. Once I understood the hotel I was sorry that I had complained about it but had already booked another hotel so she refunded my money cheerfully.
It was also the quietest hotel room that I have ever been in. Sparkling clean, obviously well maintained. I was unhappy about not having the balcony room but that was due to construction.
Klein aber fein. Optimale Lage.
Great location. Old bldg. second floor. No lift. Staff on site no English. However, Nadyia communicates by phone or WhatsApp. Was quick to respond. Pleasant and helpful. Answered my every question. Tried hard and managed to get me Opera ticket even when the opera was sold out.
A little bit hard to find since it is a converted apartment.
Nobody at the hotel when I arrived at 5pm, so I had to go to the neighbor business to ask if I was at the right place and they called the right person.
Nice rooms in a old building. Good security, you have to go through 3 locked doors to get to your room.
Great location, in the middle where it all happening.
Good price, but need a refrigerator
