Our experience was unfortunately very disappointing. From the beginning, the service was poor, the staff did not provide clear explanations and seemed unprepared to properly assist guests.
The parking situation is quite inadequate, which already creates discomfort upon arrival. When we entered the room, things got even worse: it was visibly dirty, with trash still in the bathroom bin, hair all over the bathroom, and clear signs of poor cleaning.
The blanket was dirty, and the pillows were uncomfortable and of very low quality. On top of that, the building is old and clearly in need of maintenance, which negatively impacts the overall experience.
Unfortunately, we do not recommend this place to families or to anyone looking for comfort and a decent stay.
