Lovely hotel but let down by poor service. I’ve left a review on Tripadvisor about the staff and their poor training and inability to make decisions, loved the infinity pool and the grounds, room was nice too bit almost all staff interactions were protracted and difficult. I did not rate the hotel as 5-star, too many small issues and not the luxury resort if aspires to be.

I booked the room to be right at the beach and we got a room across the road to a totally different building. They asked for 1million rupiah as deposit for any minibar or other usage and if we don’t use it they will transfer the money back in 2 weeks !!???? 2 weeks?? Are they going to pay interest for me when they transfer the money back? We said no so they took all the items from the minibar, like we would steal it or something! I really didn’t like this kind of treatment!! No other hotels does that! They ask at check out if we used the minibar or not! They usually take your words for it! It’s a 5 star hotel not a hostel didn’t get the 5 star treatment! If I can afford to stay they I think I can afford a drink or chocolate from the minibar and wouldn’t lie about it!

Great hotel with amazing pool at the beach!!! Awesome for couples.

From the moment you check in, the staff service standard is impeccable and applies to each of them. Very consistent excellent service. Location of hotel is great and close to many restaurants. The pool view is to die for, even better then beach clubs.

An amazing hotel with excellent services and friendly staff . Is on the beach Seminyak which is clean an quiet. The hotel is the best option to stay in Bali.
