Stayed here for 4 nights, April 6-8 and April 14, the last night before returning home. When checking in at the hotel, the front desk informed me that I would like to collect city tax. We paid in cash, but when checking out on the morning of the 15th, the staff at the front desk that morning asked to collect the tax again. We confirmed that we had paid, but the staff refused because the system said that it had not yet been paid. Until the employee who collected the money yesterday walked up to the front desk.
