Nice atmosphere, nice view and nice food
The environment was well taken care of by a lot of plants and pool side benches, nice pool with good night lighting. Room was big, clean and well designed.

The hotel was very close to the airport which was a bonus. The staff were very friend and always happy to help . The bathroom had cracks in it and wasn’t clean . Our duvet had stains

Worst hotel ever!!!
Room description and photos did NOT match at all...they probably gave us the worst room available in the hotel... the room was very small.. full of some weird smell... the bathroom was small and had nothing in it... there was one soap dispenser (which they said was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all in one) and one hand soap dispenser.. the guy at the reception was very rude.. when we told him that the room is not nice. he started pretending he does not understand what we are saying.. up until that time he understood English very well.. check-in was slow and they did not help us with our bags.. even on the stairs and the rocky pathway... i did not want to deal with that especially after a long journey.. The pool was amazing.. the sunset view was amazing.. bar and the bartenders were great.. but would never recommend anyone to stay there.. unless maybe you book a super expensive room with all-inclusive package.. as the staff seemed to be behave nicely with the customers who were all there for all inclusive stay... oh... they also had separate water taps for regular guests and all inclusive guests.. which was mind blowing.. super disappointed with the hotel and the staff

Neu renoviertes Hotel mit tollem Pool, direkt am M
+: Tolle Außenanlage, ganz neu renoviertes Zimmer, nette Mitarbeiter, eigener Hotelstrand, die Nähe zum Flughafen hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. kiosk in 50m o: Essen mal so mal so, Frühstücksbuffet in ordnung aber wenig abwechslungsreich - : die erste nacht mussten wir wegen wasserschaden in das schwesterhotel 100m weiter, das Zimmer dort war keine erwähnung wert. trotz wunsch kein doppelbett sondern 2 einzelbetten. wer pech hat bekommt keines der neu renovierten zimmer.

Not what I expected or indeed paid for !
On arrival was told that the hotel had a problem and we would be staying at a sister hotel for 2 nights before coming back to the hotel we actually booked. Booked and paid for a junior suite to be given a double room. When I complained I was told to take it up with the travel company. The hotel staff couldn't care less.. such a disappointment as the hotel and location was superb

Fabulous hotel!
Amazing setting,had a beach & beautiful pool area. Excellent food & service. Handy for the airport but far from anything else although good bus service. Highly recommend.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER
I booked this hotel for a reason... they overbook and put me deep on Oia Caldera in a blue claustrophobic cave! The Porter was bagging my expensive luggage all over the place. I try to get help from expedia and they didn't help me in anything I spend a lot of money w roaming call for nothing!

Expedia y el hotel irresponsables
Son unos irresponsables tanto expedia como el hotel,puedto que hacen con el ciente lo que quieren,llegamos a ese hotel felices para hacer check in y nos diheron q estaban llenos y que no habia disponibilidad,no enviaron a un hotelucho dos estrellas,que no importa el hotel pero si lo que habiamos pagado no era para que nos enviaran a donde ellos quisieron,nos dijeron q era la misma categoria,y nos mintieron,por lo tanto ni el hotel ni expedia nos solucionaban nada al respecto,cuando hablamos con el xpedia fue peor por que nos dijeron q era tomar ese hotel o perdiamos el dinero,por que ni eso nos daban,asi es que en santorini no pidimos haver nada y por obligacion nos tuvimos que quedar en un hotel por el cual era muy diferente al que habiamos pagado,era pesimo y no tenia las comodidades que nos imaginamos tener en ese lugar.no recomiendo ni expedia ni ese hotel hacen lo que quieren con el cliente,solucionan como se les da la gana y si o si hay que hacer lo que ellos digan por que ni el dinero te lo devuelven y asi descaradamente te lo dicen,que pierdes el dinero.son unos irresponsables atrevidos.

Beautifull hotel close to the airport. Very good value for the money. We stayed only for one night while arriving to Santorini but if you want to stay at the east side of the island I would highly recommend this place.

Transferred us to another hotel
They overbook a lot, but they transferred us to Aressana Spa Hotel and Suites in Fira, which is another city. They sent us an email and arranged a shuttle for us, but we were skeptical as the driver didn't know the situation and we (as well as 2 other couples) had not read the email. So despite the confusion, Aressana hotel took care of us very well and had an excellent breakfast and room.

Great stay
Amazing property and rooms.. but no privacy in jetted tub Except for that everything was just perfect 10 minute drive from the city centre Fira but that's a fun drive Amazing staff and service. Beautiful pool. Private beach and very quiet.

Hotel merveilleux
Séjour du 15 au 22 Mai dans cette hotel magnifique !!! Situé très près de l'aéroport mais le bruit des avions n'est pas gênant ... Un design intérieur et extérieur tout simplement splendide ... Les gros points fort la piscine, l'accès à la plage le restaurant le bar et le personnels. Le seul point négatif serait au niveau de la chambre en chambre standard (tres belle et rénovée) mais la porte de la chambre n'est pas isolé elle laisse rentrer les bruits et on voit un filé de lumière sous celle ci... plusieurs fois nous avons été réveillé pr des départ tôt (valise) et des personnes qui rentrent tard discussions et bruits de talon... Sinon je vous le recommande vraiment cet hotel c'est un véritable petit havre de paix !!!

Apenas para relaxar, pois fica longe de tudo
Havia um buraco na parede do wc e a janela do chuveiro dava visão para o apto da frente e piscina, qualquer um poderia vê-lo tomando banho se não fechá-la. O som do bar/restaurante vai até tarde, algumas noites até 00h, incomodou muito já que eu dormia e levantava muito cedo. Porcentagem de gorgeta foram cobradas sem meu consentimento do valor, pois ao pagar com cartão, escolhe-se entre 3 opções o valor da gorgeta. Informações erradas são dadas na recepção afim de vantagens e comissões. Um casal que estava comigo foi orientado a não alugar um carro pois não conseguiriam conhecer o suficiente da ilha, diferente do tour pela agência. Eu conheci TODA a ilha de carro em 5h (com apenas 8 euros de combustível), contando tempo para fotos, praia, lanches, paradas para compras e 1h para apreciar o pôr-do-sol no Monastério Profeta Elias.

Nice Hotel but Poor Management Team!
The hotel overall is good, but not great. Hotel's design, construction and the beach is nice. Unfortunately they have lousy management team. 1. We booked a Double Bed Room, but we ended up having 2 twin bed joining together, pretending to be a double bed. And the bed split into half in the middle of the night! 2. We booked a shuttle bus from Oia to the hotel, when we purchase the ticket in the morning, we ask where the bus meeting point is, the hotel staff who sells the ticket said he doesn't know.... all he knows is that the bus leaves at 8:30pm. So we asked the bus driver (not sure if he understands English or not), but at the end no one tells us where to find the bus. So we decided to head out early to find the bus at 8:00pm, local residence showed us where the bus usually parked. By 8:15pm, we found the right place and waited for the bus to pick us up. By 8:30pm, the bus still haven't arrived, so we called the hotel, they said the bus have left and they'll send another bus to come and pick us up. (Which the whole situation ended up at 9:30pm). It's frustrating that they do not know where the pick up point is, even more frustrating is that apparently the bus leaves at 8:00pm not 8:30pm. How can you sell us ticket when you don't know when and where the bus will leave!? 3. The manager of the hotel have a car to send you to the airport (5 mins drive) and they charge you 9 euro per person! Overcharge and rip off! 4. No room service!

Great location, newly renovated
We stayed previously at the sister hotel to this one and spent some time here and enjoyed it so stayed again. The room we stayed in was very newly and attractively renovated and very nice although a few minor snags had notbeen ironed out yet. The pool area, bar and restaurant are alsonewly renovated and are nothing short of 5*. The staff are very good as is the food and drink offer. Great location close to kamariand literally right on the beach. Great views and safe for swimming in the sea. Only downside was that although we had booked 7 nights, after we checked in they announced they had no rooms available andso we'd have to stay at one of their sister hotels for the first two nights. We didnt really understand their explanation and i will be separately writing a full complaint to expedia as although the alternative hotel was fine, it was not the renovated superior room we'd booked and the disruption spoilt the first evening and first twodays of our holiday as we couldnt really unpack or settle until we got to the hotel we'd booked.

They have problems with bookings. They took me to another hoteluntil they find a proper room for us and I was informed when I got into the taxi to take me to my "booked" hotel. The other hotel was much much lower to the one I booked. Not even mentioned to give me some money back or maybe a free lunch. A. I have heart many customers complaining that they have problems with reservations

rustic charm - amazing value
we came in late (1am) but had amazing service once we arrived. the rooms were basic, had the amenities that are wanted and required, and had an amazing rustic charm. no fault of the hotel but the guests seemed relatively unfriendly...

Beautiful hotel over looking the beach
When i first arrived i was welcomed to a beautiful bright white, palace looking building. I was greeted by the Hotel Receptionist and pleasantly welcomes me to the hotel. Fantastic first impression. I was shown through to my room which was a delightful little 2 bed room with a decent sized balcony, make up table and mirror (i didn't really use this), sofa and coffee table. There was a slight bit of what looked like mould on the wall from some kind of water damage but at the end of the stay I didn't even remember it. As soon as I had unpacked my bags I headed straight down to the pool which was breathtaking. At certain angles the pool looks like it is connected to the ocean and makes for a fantastic picture. The layout of the concrete sunbeds and large light globes are a fantastic touch. The pool bar was very nicely set up with extremely personable staff serving (in-particular a lady called Maria, she made us feel very welcome and from learning our names, used them with out failure. A small but fantastic touch. Breakfast was served in the restaurant which was overlooking the ocean and was full of all sorts of treats. some nutritious and some not so nutritious (which isn't a bad thing). The location is fantastic! it sits about 10 minutes quad bike ride (the hotel have an in house service which offers modern, high powered quad bikes which make for some good fun) away from the main town of Fira. I could keep typing but I have been restricted to 1500 characters. GO TO MBH

Schöner Erholungsurlaub !
Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, die Stadt und anders Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut und schnell zu erreiche. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und freundlich! Das essen ist aber verbesserungswürdig ! Die Strandlage ist unschlagbar und der Service auch ! Am Strand essen ist auch möglich! Man kann auch viel unternehmen z.b segeln, tauchen, wandern, jetski fahren. Das Wetter perfekt (im Juli) und die Flugzeug Anbindung ist sehr gut! Aber der Flughafen ist eine Katastrophe da muss sich auf jeden Fall ändern !.................................. ............................................................................ . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
