The balcony looked over an empty pond. Does not look like the pictures. Our rooms were not ready at check in time. We were given keys to a room that wasn't cleaned yet. The front desk person (for check in) was really trying but it seemed like the house cleaning staff and front desk were not communicating well. The night front desk person was annoyed that we had to ask for help with our room key that wasnt working. The rooms are definitely older and do not look like the rooms in the pictures. But they were ok foe 1 night and everything was functional. We did not use pool or jacuzzi- jacuzzi was overfilled with water and both did not look clean

Hidden Gem.

Great spot to crash. We only stayed for one night, as we were already in Long Beach for the weekend and were only able to extend the trip another day. I was worried about cleanliness due to the reasonable price, but was pleasantly surprised about how everything went. Things are a little dated, but everything was clean and in good working order. Would definitely stay here again.

I was here for two nights while visiting Universal Studios. The room is old and not maintained, and the lobby feels deserted. The morning coffee was horrible; I threw it away after taking just one sip. I stayed at Quality Inn Long Beach for the next leg of my trip, and it was better in every way. Don't expect a 3-star quality hotel.
