Nicely located, it was a short walk to Osaka station via the underground Whity centre which has lots of shops and eateries. Hotel looked smart from the outside and was polished on the inside. Room was spotlessly clean although on the small side but this is the norm for Japan. We loved the thoughtful amenities including the excellent skincare products that were provided and which you could pick up yourself more of yourself from a station near the lifts on the ground floor. I also appreciated the humidifier in the room given how dry the air was even without the aircon on. Staff were helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything. The cherry on top was the ability to use the excellent communal sento in the top floor as others have mentioned! Given the quality, it felt like excellent value for the rate we paid and we'd definitely stay again if we were back in Osaka.

The location is convenient (around 5 minutes to subway shopping center), however, there are many love hotels around. The room is tidy and clean feeling good during my stays. The staff are helpful and nice. Many restaurants and department stores around the hotel, so it is very convenient.

This hotel is located in the "PINK" district as my local Osaka friend would call it. I believe there are a couple of love hotels near it. HOWEVER, we (two female travellers) have never felt unsafe for the 9 days we stayed at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient as a base to everything in Osaka. Would I stay here again in the future? Absolutely YES!

The hotel lacked certain features I would have expected based on stays in similarly priced hotels in Japan like charging outlets near the bed for phones and bathroom (no outlets). The hotel is in a seedier part of town with hotels by the hour. Easy access to underground rail though via the Whity East Mall exit.

The overall stay was ok-ish but be aware that rooms and beds are very small. We were 2 people, not a couple, and I had to upgrade to 2 beds instead of 1 small. They charged me the price of the room again. In a room that would normally be for 2, they would put 4 people. I tried to explain to the staff that it is not fair to charge me again, but they are not very open to talk to you or understand anything. So have this in mind.
