Received terrible client service. The hotel did not accept my HiltonHonors status because I had reserved on line through a separate site. I had done this before with this same hotel and numerous other Hiltons around the world with no problem. However, this time they explained that it was not possible. I understand rule changes but when someone texted me from the hotel asking about my stay. Instead of sympathizing with my situation and trying to retain a loyal client, I was argued with and treated poorly. They lost me. Poor client service - especially from their follow up team.
