Worst service I have ever experienced at any hotel. When staying at Coral Beach Beirut, we accidentally forgot our bathing suits on the balcony of our room. Luckily I noticed it the same evening after check-out and wrote an email to kindly ask the staff to keep an eye out for it. No answer. After having written another email kindly asking the staff to answer my email, and no reply came, I called – the reception said no on is checking the info-mail these days. This was the info-mail on the hotel's website. I sent the email again as requested to the reception – where the woman assured me that she had received it and promised that someone was going to answer, whether they had found the bathing suits or not. No response. This was end of October and the hotel was almost empty. How hard can it be?
