Everything was very good. Except they just sent me the code to enter the building and not the one to enter the apt. Thank God, there were some other guys check-in in another apt and they lent me their phone to call and get the code. But they should have sent in the instructions all together.

The apartment was clean, had a balcony and is in a great area of Fishtown. Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved.
Great communication, easy check-in and entrance, and a great neighborhood at a reasonable price makes The Frankford a great bargain. We will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia.
