Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude und dies war sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Der Frühstücksraum ist vollständig renoviert und sieht sehr ansprechend aus. Von der Unterkunft ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuss im Zentrum von Inverness also im Herzen von Pubs und Restaurants.

Started with a bit of a hiccup after we checked in but was very promptly resolved by Kristy the duty manager, so thank you. This hotel has very, very helpful friendly staff everywhere, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and clean, the breakfast had a good range and the location was very handy.

The hotel is well located in walking distance of the city centre and some nice places to eat. The rooms are small and comparatively expensive but this is the UK where everything is over-priced. The restaurant is nice and the staff super helpful- they made sure I was able to use a large, thickly carpeted room to do a 90 minute yoga session uninterrupted.

Tired hotel with excellent service.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The service is excellent and the people are friendly. The breakfast is an average buffet, nothing wrong, nothing great. The rooms are a bit tired as are the hallways. The brown carpet in the bedroom shabby. Its a long walk into town up a hill so we had to always take a taxi. Thus, the location is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.
